Microsoft just announced the release of the Lync 2013 (Client!) March 2014 update. This update (KB2863908) is cumulative and fixes a memory leak issue that happens during video calls.
This update follows the release of Office 2013 SP1 from last month.
This update brings Lync 2013 clients to version 15.0.4569.1508.
